AESTHETIC TANS POLICIES

BOOKING FEE

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment: - $20 for spray tanning - $30 for teeth whitening or tooth gems - $50 for mobile appointments

Booking fees can be paid via Zelle or Apple Pay and will be applied toward your total service cost at the time of your appointment.

PAYMENTS

Preferred payment methods are Cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Credit cards are accepted with a 3% processing fee. All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment may have the booking fee transferred once to a new date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of the booking fee.

LATE POLICY

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and booking fee.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Failure to show up for an appointment result in the loss of the booking fee. To schedule future appointments, the remaining balance of the missed service must be paid in full before booking again.

REFUNDS & SERVICE SATISFACTION

All services are non-refundable. Results may vary depending on factors such as skin type, genetics, preparation, and aftercare. If you experience any concerns, please contact Aesthetic Tans within 24 hours of your appointment for assistance or an adjustment recommendation.

MINORS POLICY

Clients under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian consent, and a parent or guardian must be present during the appointment. Aesthetic Tans reserves the right to decline services for minors at its discretion.

SUNBURN POLICY

Clients with active sunburns cannot be spray tanned. Tanning over sunburned skin can cause uneven color, peeling, or poor results. If you choose to proceed against recommendation, it will be at your own risk, and no refunds will be issued if the tan does not develop properly.

TOOTH GEM POLICY

If a tooth gem falls off within 1 month of your appointment, it will be replaced once at no cost. The client must notify Aesthetic Tans within that 1-month period that the gem has fallen off and has 2 weeks from that notification date to schedule and receive their replacement. After the 1-month period or if not reported within that timeframe, a new gem application fee will apply.

MEMBERSHIP POLICY

All Aesthetic Tans memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment from the date of sign-up. After the initial 3-month term, memberships may be canceled or paused at any time with at least 3 days’ notice before the next billing date. Memberships are billed automatically on the 1st of each month. The first month’s payment is due on the day of sign-up, and the next billing cycle begins on the following 1st. Payments are non-refundable once processed. By enrolling in a membership, clients agree to the full 3-month term and acknowledge that early cancellations are not permitted.
